#1: High Surf Advisory in effect until 6PM Friday. Waves in the surf zone are expected to be 5-12 feet from now until tomorrow night.
#2: High Rip Current Risk through Friday afternoon. Life-threatening rip currents. Do Not enter the ocean as these dangerous rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deep, gripping waters.
#3: Coastal Flood Warning from 5PM today until 2AM Saturday. one-two feet of inundation above ground level waters expected in low-lying areas on the shorelines and tidal waterways. Expect road closures, shoreline erosion especially Thursday night during the high tide time. There's a New Moon Saturday which is adding to the pull of the tides. Remember the high tides times are approximately an hour difference on the ocean side of the island to the back-bay/marsh side of the island (an hour later). Local major flooding impacts are very possible. Take precautionary, preparedness actions now.
