Ides of March

Mornin'!  It's 35° in Wildwood NJ.  Windchill is 24° with winds out of the West at 16-22mph.  The sky is clear with Ms Sun now over the horizon.  Not much in the line the clouds.  That will change later this morning though as clouds filter in making it a partly cloudy afternoon.  Temps will get into the low-mid 40s with breezes out of the West-SW at 16-22mph.  Tonight...partly cloudy with temps in the low 30s, breezy with winds out of the W-NW at 20-30mph.  Not one forecast has mentioned any moisture of any kind...rain showers/snow flurries/fog etc.  Every forecast has agreed on it being blustery today.  Tomorrow...pretty much the same as today with winds even stronger.  Why would March be any different at this point?  Oh, and don't forget about the tides...much higher (and lower) due to that New Moon coming.  Today in 44BC, Julius Ceasar was assassinated...thus The Ides of March.  It was a turning point in Roman history and I always think of it as March being ½ way completed.
