A Typical Beach Day in August |
Mornin'! It's 47° in Wildwood NJ. Breezes are light out of the NE at 4-6mph. Ms Sun's shining already and warming things up. Everything's damp from yesterday's rains. I just pulled a few weeds from the garden as they pulled right out thanks to the very wet soil. We're going to dry out a bit as we'll see plenty of sunshine today. However, clouds will roll in later as we may start to get showers by this evening. Today's temps will get into the mid-50s as E-NE winds blow over the island at 10-15mph. Tonight... cloudy with 90% chance of rain showers heading to a steady rain towards the overnight. Thunderstorms are possible. Tonight's temps will drop to where they are now... mid-upper 40s with East winds at 15-25mph. Tomorrow... rainy (90% chance) and windy S-SE at 20-30mph +gusting. Monday... the continued rain system may be checking out by late morning as we may see clearing by the afternoon. I wondered why my knees were hurting first thing this morning!
