Easter Sunday

Mornin!  It's 48° and sunny this lovely Easter morn.  Breezes are out of the South 8-10mph.  The birds never seem to let us down and they're all over the island expressing their joy.  The salty sea air and morning dew is such a wonderful thing as it encircled me when going on my back porch.   So grateful and many mixed feelings this blessed day.  Hubby and I are healthy as well as our loved ones... many, many blessings there.  All churches and synagogues are closed, families are separated and quarantined, many are sick and dying.  What a very intense, joyful, sad, scary time.  Easter or not.
It's going to be a lovely start to the day with plentiful sunshine and temps tapping 60°.  Just after mid-day, all hell's going to break loose this Easter Sunday as the clouds and winds roll in.  This afternoon will be mostly cloudy with winds out of the South at 20-30mph +gusting.  Tonight... strap in as an intense storm system's hitting our coast (this should have been Good Friday's weather).  100% chance of rain after midnight with potential for heavy rainfall. Temps will drop back into the low-mid 50s with very windy conditions (South at 25-35mph +gusting).  Tomorrow... 90% chance of precipitation with heavy rain (potential for severe thunderstorms) temps - low60s and South winds at 35-50mph +gusting.  Hunker down tomorrow.  Secure whatever's outside as no doubt it will be flying all over the island.
Happy Easter!
