First Half Sunny - Second Half Cloudy

North Wildwood's Polar Plunge - 2017
Mornin'!  It's 45° in Wildwood NJ.  It's clear and crisp and still (SW breezes at 2-4mph).  In fact, it must have dropped down into the 30s overnight as everything's got frost on it.  That was strange to see first thing when hitting the back porch this morning.  My greens, now baby seedlings (lettuces, kale, collards, spinach, senposai (oriental hybrid mix), parsley and cilantro most of which are about 1½" tall) had to contend with those very cold temps last night.  Uncovered.  They appear okay and hopefully Ms Sun's rays will make everything even better today.  We will see plenty of sunshine the first half of the day but the sky will begin filling with clouds this afternoon.  And, if you're wondering what will be pushing those clouds into our area... S-SW 20-30mph winds; that's what.  Temps will get into the mid-upper 50s but it will feel much colder I'm sure with a bit of a windchill.  Tonight... even heavier cloud cover as there's a 30% chance of rain showers this evening into tonight.  Temps will drop to around 49° with S-SW winds at 15-25mph shifting from the N-NW simmering down at 5-10mph.  Tomorrow... gray and rainy and windy; aka... Crapola.
