Mornin'! It's 32° in Wildwood NJ. Happy Winter! It's the Winter Solstice today and the shortest day of the year receiving the least amount of daylight. We switch direction tomorrow as the days slowly begin to grow longer. It's frosty this morning. There's not much in the line of breezes (W-NW at 4-6mph) with some cloud cover making a perfect "jack frost" scenario as we have a mostly gray sunrise. That sea air quietly settled down overnight and covered the island with a layer of frost as we glisten in the early morning darkness. It'll be a mostly cloudy day. This morning will have peeks of sun but for the most part it'll become cloudy. Temps will be in the mid-40s with N-NE winds at 5-10mph as it feels damp and raw. Tonight... rain showers on the weather menu (70% chance) with steady rain coming overnight. Temps will drop into the upper 30s with N-NW winds at 10-15mph. Tomorrow... clearing but windy. Temps will be in the mid-upper 40s but will feel like the mid-30s with those NW winds at 20-30mph +gusting.
